Sonic is live on deBridge

We’re thrilled to announce support for Fantom and Sonic, a Layer-1 solution that aims to offer a lightning-quick time to finality and 10,000 TPS. 

Sonic is an EVM blockchain providing a secure Ethereum gateway for enhanced liquidity and asset security. It offers sub-second confirmation times with capability to process 769X more transactions than Ethereum. 

Sonic is our fifth IaaS-initialized chain, and today, it becomes instantly composable with 12 blockchains supported on deBridge. It now has access to the following features:

1. High-performance bridging: Sonic invites users and builders to explore the dApps of tomorrow built in the ecosystem. Anyone can bridge with near-instant settlement, deep liquidity, and protection from MEV and slippage.
2. Transfers of authenticated messages: Sonic can securely transfer messages via decentralized infrastructure across all our supported chains.
3. Secure asset custody: dePort enables secure custody of assets for users coming from other chains supported on deBridge. Projects or dApps can port tokens from any chain to enable utility in the Sonic blockchain ecosystem.

The three pillars enable complete cross-chain interoperability for Sonic, empowering the ecosystem to expand its user base. This integration allows users to explore new dApps firsthand, while developers can seamlessly cross-compose between Sonic and other blockchains.
